What music has made the biggest difference in your life?
Now, I listen to brain synchronization music often. I love feeling the subtle energy in my body that resonates with the music.
I will never regret my trip to Sedona. I just got back last night. I learned so many things about myself and my world. I'll be writing all about it in a column I write, and I'll post the link here.
In my humble opinion, regret is a completely wasted emotion, anyway. There is nothing you can change about the past, and so regret is useless. It's just like shame. It can't bring about positive change, and so it is pointless, even damaging.
Guilt, on the other hand, can be useful. It is a signal we have violated our own internal guidance and can lead us to make a correction in our behavior and to heal our relationships.
Guilt can be misused, as well, however. When we feel guilty over something that is not actually harmful, such as doing something someone else doesn't approve of, or when we hold on to guilt, instead of acting on it and then letting it go, it ceases to be useful and becomes harmful.
